Ever see that cartoon show "Wacky Races" and you think to yourself "nahh"?
The scene... some sort of open plane office area with a bunch of guys sort of standing or crowding around one person but not. I say not because they looked like they didn't want to get involved but were more interested in the outcome than their work.
I walked over to take a closer look at the guy who was "ranting and raving" and just over his shoulder, I could see him opening files and windows and the DOS prompt for some reason. While I waited it looks like he would try to run something on DOS and it would crash or something would happen ending with him yelling at the screen.
So I quietly walked over to one of the other guys in a shirt & tie and asked him, "What's happening?". He replies saying "the boss tried Twitter's new backup service to backup his whole old leisure PC, deleted all his files somehow and after the restoration, it's not working for some reason. I think he was trying to load a game of Sims 2000 in which he made a huge city and got to the end". "Why aren't you guys helping him?" I asked.. the guy replied "haven't you been watching? He looks like he's gonna explode if you get something wrong or irritate him with something he already knows. To help him would be like lighting the fuse on an A-Bomb, we would all die a horrible death, not just the ignition guy". "Oh, okay"... [ fade to black ]
That's one wacky dream right?! Does Twitter have a backup service for your whole HDD's contents? Would be really funny if this was an exact replica of someone's day at the office. My brief analysis says "nou morre leighte naights ferrr yoo!". Yeah, umm, so if anyone knows what it means, I would like to know outta curiosity but either way, I'm not phased.
Ok, now run along back to your open cubicles/corners, yo bunch o slackers!
