You know when you feel a little peckish or need something to munch on but wanna keep it light as you're gonna sleep soonish...
Theme:
The theme tonight or this morning is Pizza / Italianish
Ingredients:
Some bread, some cheese (should have used more), tomato, olive oil, salt &pepper, garlic and herbs [ rosemary, sage & origanum]
Technique:
1. Toast the bread (makes it crunchy)
2. Slice some cheese
3. Slice the tomato
4. Place the cheese on the toast
5. Add some some of the herbs and olive oil
6. Place slice of tomato on cheese (salt & eat the excess ; )
7. Add a bit more herbs and salt & pepper to taste
8. Heat oven to 180C (356F)
9. Pop in tray and wait about 5 mins or more (depends how you like yourcheese done), you can also use the grill if you want it even more crispy
10. Pop out and then you may "de-crust" it into a nice neat square like so... (I still eat the crust like a crunchy snack)
